Terms and Conditions

Submitting a sign-up form is a request for service only. An order is confirmed only after PixelPulse ISP has verified Openserve fibre availability and installation requirements at your address.

Prices shown are monthly subscription prices from our current price list and may change. Any once-off installation or activation fees will be confirmed before your order is finalised.

Service availability depends on Openserve infrastructure. Advertised speeds are line speeds and actual performance can vary.

Full service terms will be provided with your order confirmation.
